Japan plans to revise the "Specifications for Food, Additives" (Specifications for Cool Drink Water)

 
On November 9, the Japanese Health Ministry issued the modified draft of "Specifications for Food, Additives", plans to add the mixing of lactobacillus, yeast, fermented milk or lactobacillus drinks after sterilization or disinfection, which must be managed in an appropriate way that is not contaminated by pathogenic microorganisms for other cool potable water, the deadline for above comment is December 13, 2020.

        11月9日,日本厚生劳动省发布了《食品、添加剂等的规格标准》的部分修改征求意见稿,拟追加对于其他清凉饮料水,杀菌或除菌后混合乳酸菌、酵母、发酵乳或乳酸菌饮料时,必须用不被病原微生物污染的适当方法管理混合后的工艺,以上意见征集截止日期为2020年12月13日。
