On November 12, The National Center for Food Safety Risk Assessment solicited public opinions on 5 novel food additives. Among them, there is an enzyme preparation, Protease, and 4 food additives expanding the scope of use, which are lycopene, Curd lan, butane and phosphoric acid. The deadline for comment is December 5, 2020.

        根据《食品添加剂新品种管理办法》和《食品添加剂新品种申报与受理规定》，食品工业用酶制剂新品种蛋白酶和食品添加剂番茄红等4种扩大使用范围的申请，其安全性和工艺必要性已通过专家评审委员会技术审查（具体情况见附件）,现公开征求意见。请于2020年12月5日前将相关意见反馈至我中心邮箱（zqyj@cfsa.net.cn），逾期将视为无意见。
