According to the announcement No. 107, 2020, the General Administration of Customs adjust some data of means of Water and air Transport carrying Goods into and out of China, formulated Declaration of Electronic Message Format V1.4 for Means of Water and air Transport carrying Goods under customs Control into and out of China, which include: the Chinese customs of inbound and outbound shipping and air transport message XML Schema, the Chinese customs of inbound and outbound and domestic transport of goods under customs control at a water transport and air transport message format V1.4, the announcement shall be implemented on December 1, 2020.

        根据2020年第107号公告，海关总署对进出境水空运运输工具申报报文中部分数据项进行调整，制定了进出境及境内承运海关监管货物的水运和空运运输工具申报电子报文格式V1.4版，具体包括：《中国海关进出境水运和空运运输工具报文XML Schema》《中国海关进出境及境内承运海关监管货物的水运和空运运输工具报文格式V1.4制定说明》，本公告自2020年12月1日起施行。
