On November 30, the Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) released the Measures for reporting the Use and Recycling of Disposable Plastic Products in the Commercial fielding (Trial), which regulates all kinds of supermarkets, shopping malls, trade markets and retail and catering enterprises providing take-out services through e-commerce platforms. The products include non-degradable plastic shopping bags, coiled bags, plastic straws and so on.

        11月30日，商务部发布《商务领域一次性塑料制品使用、回收报告办法（试行）》，监管范围包括提供零售服务的各类超市、商场、集贸市场、通过电子商务平台等方式提供外卖服务的零售、餐饮企业。产品包括不可降解塑料购物袋、连卷袋、塑料吸管等。
