In order to further expand the application scope of "two-step declaration", the General Administration of Customs has collected the "two-step declaration" applicable conditions and "two-step declaration" declaration way and other hot issues and summarized them for reference of import and export enterprises.

The issues include the applicable conditions for the "two-step declaration", the types of customs declaration forms, the preferential certificate of origin, the time limit for the "two-step declaration" tax payment, etc.

        为进一步扩大“两步申报”应用范围，海关总署将改革推广过程中搜集解决的“两步申报”的适用条件、“两步申报”的申报途径等热点问题汇总成集，供广大进出口企业实操参考。
