GACC | Administrative Measures for the Origin of Imported and Exported Goods under the Free Trade Agreement between the Government of the People’s Republic of China and the Government of the Republic of Mauritius
On December 18, the General Administration of Customs of China announced the "Administrative Measures for the Origin of imported and Exported Goods under the Free Trade Agreement between the Government of the People’s Republic of China and the Government of the Republic of Mauritius" and related implementation matters. This announcement is effective from January 1, 2021.
The announcement stipulates the scope of application of specific rules of origin for some products, changes in tax classification, and calculation formulas for regional value components.
