On December 29, South Korea's Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS) issued a partial amendment to the Special Law on The Administration of imported Food Safety.Overseas production enterprises can be inspected on site.The Korea Institute of Food Safety Management and Certification has been conducting on-site inspections since 2016. the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety will improve relevant regulations.The above amendments will come into effect on July 1, 2021.
