On December 31, the Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council issued the "import and Export Tariffs of the People's Republic of China (2021)". This regulation will be implemented on January 1, 2021. Where laws, administrative regulations, etc. provide otherwise for the adjustment of import and export tariff items and tax rates, those provisions shall prevail.
