NHC | Notice on Public Solicitation of Proposals for the Establishment of National Food Safety Standards in 2021
On January 27, the General Office of the National Health Commission issued a notice for soliciting proposals for the establishment of national food safety standards in 2021, focusing on solving food safety problems that have been proven by food safety risk assessments. They will continue to promote the reassessment and revision of general standards for contaminant limits, pathogenic bacteria limits, use of food additives, and labeling in food, update the standards for inspection methods, and strengthen the connection between the establishment of standards and food safety risk monitoring and risk assessment. The deadline for submission is February 19, 2021.
1月27日,国家卫生健康委员会办公厅发布公开征集2021年度食品安全国家标准立项建议的通知,着重解决食品安全风险评估结果证明存在的食品安全问题。继续推进食品中污染物限量、致病菌限量、食品添加剂使用、标签标识等通用标准的再评估和修订,增补检验方法标准,强化标准立项与食品安全风险监测、风险评估的衔接等。报送截止日期为2021年2月19日。
