Frozen Food and the Threat of SARS-CoV-2 Webinar Were successfully Hold

 
On February 5, 2021, Affidia hold a webinar about frozen food and the threat of SARS-CoV-2. As a co-organizer, Foodmate invited Dr. Sun Rubao and Dr. Li Yu attended this webinar.

Dr. Sun summarized and analyzed the data that Chinese customs inspected positive COVID-19 nucleic acid sampling food imported to China.

Dr Li briefly analyzed the possible origin of COVID-19 resurgence in Beijing and gave some advises to food enterprises and cunsumers. In addition, he insisted that PCR positive not indicating having virus and no evidence shows the infection by eating or touching food.

At the end of the webinar experts discussed some issues about the virus and the food industry. Each of them also showed their opinions of the SARS-CoV-2 virus by one sentence.
