On February 23, the South Korean Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS) announced that: The South Korean Ministry of Food and Drug Safety will release the "Guidelines for the Safety Management of Food-Used GMOs" on February 25.

The main contents include: safety management precautions for food-use living modified organisms (LMO) handling enterprises (importers, movers, transporters), and relevant regulations on the import license and handling management of food-use living modified organisms (LMO) , Pigeons and other harmful birds control methods and environmental issues.
