South Korea requires livestock product processing companies to apply for HACCP certification

 
On April 29, theMinistry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS) ofSouth Koreaissued a message saying: Like food,the dairy processing industry and meat processing industry thatoperate the safety management certification standard ( HACCP ) ontheir own, according to " Livestock products HACCP The implementation of the "certification system*" must be completed before October 7 this year.

*Target: dairy processing industry, egg processing industry, meat processing industry (as of 2016, sales of more than 2 billion), edible egg classification and packaging industry.
