South Korea Amended the Implementation Rules of the Food Sanitation Law
On May 27, the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS) of South Korea issued a partial amendment to the "Implementation Rules of the Food Sanitation Law", including: residential buildings can be used as business premises when engaged in food distribution sales.
The main contents of this revision are:
1. The residential building can be used as an office for food distribution sales.
2. Allow the food inspection room and sanitary product inspection room to be used together.
3. Simplification of HACCP certification and change handling fee operating standards for food and livestock products.
