Russia takes measures to continue to restrict food exports

Russian media Milknews on June 7: The Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation stated that in order to protect citizens from rising food prices, Russia will continue to implement existing measures to restrict food exports.

The Minister said: restricting food exports is a price "shock absorber", which can encourage domestic producers to increase production investment, and at the same time promote the development of new value chains, such as increasing grain can promote the development of animal husbandry, and the development of animal husbandry can drive the milk industry.
