CNCA | Issuance of the new version of the "Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) System Certification Implementation Rules" (2021 No. 12)

 
On July 30, 2021, Certification and Accreditation Administration of the P. R. C (CNCA) issued the new version of the "Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) System Certification Implementation Rules".

The New version integrates two certification systems, HACCP system certification for dairy product manufacturers and HACCP system certification for food companies and it will take effect on the date of publication.

The transition period is from the date of the announcement to December 31, 2022. Starting from January 1, 2023, for companies that newly apply for HACCP system certification, the certification body shall implement HACCP system certification in accordance with the requirements of the new version of the "HACCP System Certification Implementation Rules".
