EU | Safety of Beta-lactoglobulin as a Novel food pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2015/2283

 
On April 8, the European Food Safety Authority released news that the EFSA Panel on Nutrition, Novel Foods and Food Allergens (NDA) issued a scientific opinion on the safety of beta-lactoglobulin as a novel food. After evaluation, the panel concluded that beta-lactoglobulin is safe as a novel food product at the proposed use and level of use.

        4月8日,欧盟食品安全局发布消息,欧盟营养、新型食品和食物过敏源(NDA)研究小组就β-乳球蛋白(beta-lactoglobulin)作为新型食品的安全性发表科学意见。经过评估,专家小组得出结论,在提议的用途和使用水平下,β-乳球蛋白作为新型食品是安全的。
