On 16 May 2022, the European Commission published Regulation (EU) 2022/740, in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1107/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council,  1,3-dichloropropene is not approved as an active substance.  These regulations shall take effect twenty days from the date of promulgation.
