Q2. What information should be provided if the name of the same individual food ingredient at the same level is distinguished by the suffix -1, -2...... in the formula composition and formula dosage tables?
A: The quality standards or specifications of the raw materials should be provided, indicating the main differences between the raw materials and the quality inspection reports of the raw materials should be provided if necessary.

Q3. What are the requirements for the label names of food raw materials and food additives in the formula composition and formula dosage table?
A: The requirements are as follows.
(1) The names of food ingredients and food additives should be labeled in accordance with the implementing standard.
(2) Where the food additive is a preparation (e.g. encapsulated and diluted nutritional fortification), the name of the food additive that plays a major role in the final product should be indicated, followed by the effective content of the major additive in the preparation in parentheses.
(3) Where the food additive is a compounded nutritional fortification (e.g. a nutritional fortification that implements GB 26687), label it as "compounded nutritional fortification", and where two or more compounded nutritional fortification agents are used, the names are followed by the suffix -1, -2...... to distinguish.
(4) If the same monomer food raw material and food additive at the same level in the formula composition and formula dosage table appear twice or more, the name of the raw material should be indicated, followed by the suffix -1, -2...... to distinguish.
(5) Nutrient fortifiers should be labeled with the name of the compound (in accordance with GB 14880 Appendix Table C.1 under the name of the source of the compound), and should not be labeled as the name of the nutrient.
(6) The names of food raw materials and food additives should be consistent in the formula composition and formula dosage tables.
