On August 30, Japanese Consumer Affairs Agency issued the announcement no. 350 , modifying "Food Labeling Standards" on the lipid and dietary fiber analysis methods and other contents. Besides, as a result of the food hygiene law implementation rules to consider potassium bicarbonate as additives without damage to human health risk, now Food Labeling Standards appendix added related content of potassium bicarbonate. Potassium bicarbonate can be also named as bicarbonate K or K carbonate.
