According to the Official Journal of the European Union, on January 19, 2023, the European Commission issued Regulation (EU) No. 2023/128, amending the effects of Benalaxyl, Bromoxynil, Chlorsulfuron, Epoxiconazole and Fenamiphos maximum residue limits in certain products.

Annexes II, III and V to Regulation (EC) No 396/2005 are amended as follows:

(1) Annex II is amended as follows:

     (a) The column for benalaxyl is replaced by the following:

Pesticide residues and maximum residue levels (mg/kg) (some products)

    (b) Delete the columns for bromoxynil and fenamiphos.

(2) In Part A of Annex III, delete the two columns of Chlorsulfuron and Epoxiconazole.

(3) In Annex V, add four columns for Bromoxynil, Chlorsulfuron, Epoxiconazole and Fenamiphos:

Pesticide residues and maximum residue levels (mg/kg) (some products)

It is understood that this Regulation will enter into force on the 20th day from the date of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
