On July 19, 2023, the Singapore Food Agency (SFA) issued a notice to lift restrictions on the import of poultry and its products from areas affected by highly pathogenic avian influenza outbreaks in South Korea.

On November 7, 2022, Singapore imposed temporary import restrictions on poultry and its products (including eggs) from the affected areas of Yecheon County, Gyeongsangbuk Province and Jincheon County, Chungcheong Buk Province.

At present, the outbreak in the region has been resolved, and the Food Authority of Singapore said that the above import restrictions are lifted immediately.
