On July 27, 2023, Australia's agriculture, fisheries and forestry department issued the import requirements of frozen dried chilli, which will be implemented from the date of publication. Main contents are as follows:
1. No import license for agriculture, fisheries and forestry departments shall be required;
2. The goods should be freeze-dried;
3. The article must show the following contents: the goods are freeze-dried in commercial invoice, manufacturer's statement or product label.
4. The goods must be subject to commercial registration and packaging, and the goods must be easily identified.
5. The goods must be cleaned before arriving in the territory of Australia, without contaminated seeds, soil, animal and plant remains or other biological safety risk materials.
