According to the Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU), on 10 April 2024, the European Commission issued Regulation (EU) No 2024/1037, which approved the placing on the market of L-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid as a new type of food, and amended the Annex to Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/2470.
This Regulation enters into force on the twentieth day from the date of publication.
