On May 30, 2024, the Danish Veterinary and Food Authority issued Notice No. 554, amending the Executive Order on the addition of certain substances other than vitamins and minerals to foods, with effect from July 1, 2024. According to the notice, it will amend the maximum amount of caffeine in flavored beverages with alcohol concentration >50% and the recommended daily dose of hyaluronic acid in dietary supplements.
