According to the Official Journal of the European Union, on July 19, 2024, the European Commission issued Regulation (EU) 2024/1959 imposing provisional anti-dumping duties on erythritol originating in China.

The Regulation entered into force on the day following the date of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
