On November 13, 2024, the Food Standards Australia New Zealand (FSANZ) issued a recall notice that Samyang (AUS) Pty Ltd is recalling a ham because the product contains an undeclared allergen (egg). Information on the recalled product is below:

The name of the recalled product is understood to be Jinju Fish Cake Ham with a shelf life until October 31, 2025. The product has been sold at Gangwon Wondermart in Queensland.

FSANZ advises consumers with egg allergies not to consume the said product and can return it to the place of purchase for a full refund.
