FSANZ seeks comments on prolyl oligopeptidase from genetically modified Trichodermareesei as a processing aid

On December 12, 2024, the Food Standards Australia New Zealand (FSANZ) issued Notice 321-24, Application A1311, seeking comments on a prolyl oligopeptidase as a processing aid.

  

According to the notice, the prolyl oligopeptidase is produced by genetically modified Trichodermareesei and is used in the production of brewed beverages. The deadline for comments is January 24, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. (Canberra time).
