Qingdao Solid Drink Disguised as Food for Special Medical Purposes, a fine of RMB 2 million was imposed

 
In May 2019, media reported that solid drinks owned by Qingdao Jindayang pretending to be foods for special medical purposes were sold in several hospital stores in Beijing.

 
The Company was ordered by Qingdao Administration for Market Regulation to suspend the illegal activities, the RMB 21,512.15 of illegal income was confiscated and a fine of RMB 2,388,265 was imposed.

 
On August 22, the enterprise has paid the first installment of the fine.
