Egg Products Hazards and Controls Guide

 
On September 9, the USDA's Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) released hazard Control guidelines for egg products, which are designed to help FSIS personnel systematically evaluate egg production processes.It targets FSIS personnel at the egg processing plant.This guide relates to the final rules, Egg Products Inspection Regulations 9 CFR 590.510 and 9 CFR 590.570.

        9月9日,美国农业部食品安全检验局发布蛋制品危害控制指南,本指南旨在帮助食品安全检验局人员对蛋类产品生产过程进行系统评估。它针对的是鸡蛋加工厂的FSIS人员。本指南涉及最终规则《蛋制品检验条例》9 CFR 590.510和9 CFR 590.570。
