On September 14, The Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council issued an announcement on the first exclusion and extension of the list of additional tariffs imposed on the United States. For 16 items listed in the annex, including feed whey, alfalfa meal and pellets, fish meal for feed, and non-ionic organic surfactants, the exclusion period stipulated in Tax Commission Announcement [2019] No. 6 is extended by one year. That is, from September 17, 2020 to September 16, 2021, the tariffs imposed by China to counter US 301 measures will continue to be excluded.

        9月14日，国务院关税税则委员会发布关于对美加征关税商品第一次排除延期清单的公告，对附件所列饲料用乳清、紫苜蓿粗粉及团粒、饲料用鱼粉、非离子型有机表面活性剂等16项商品，税委会公告〔2019〕6号规定的排除期限延长一年，即自2020年9月17日至2021年9月16日，继续不加征我为反制美301措施所加征的关税。
