On June 17, 2021, the General Administration of Customs announced the revised origin standard under CEPA in Macao. In order to promote the economic and trade exchanges between the Mainland and Macao, according to the relevant provisions of the “Agreement on Trade in Goods under the Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement between the Mainland and Macao”, the origin standards of some commodities in annex of the Announcement No.213, 2018 of the General Administration of Customs are revised. The revised commodities include other cocoa-containing foods in blocks or strips with a weight of more than 2 kg, or cocoa-containing foods in liquid, paste, powder, granular or other bulk shapes. The net weight of each container or inner package exceeds 2 kg; Sandwich (other cocoa-containing foods in blocks or strips); No sandwich (other cocoa-containing foods in blocks or strips); other chocolate and other foods containing cocoa. This regulation will be implemented from July 1, 2021.

2021-06-17，海关总署关于公布澳门CEPA项下修订的原产地标准的公告。为促进内地与澳门经贸往来，根据《〈内地与澳门关于建立更紧密经贸关系的安排〉货物贸易协议》有关规定，现对海关总署公告2018年第213号附件中部分商品原产地标准予以修订，修订商品包括其他重量超过2千克的块状或条状含可可食品，或液状、膏状、粉状、粒状或其他散装形状的含可可食品，容器包装或内包装每件净重超过2千克的;夹心（其他块状或条状的含可可食品）;不夹心（其他块状或条状的含可可食品）;其他巧克力及其他含可可的食品。该法规自2021-07-01实施。
