On August 19, 2021, the European Commission issued COMMISSION IMPLEMENTING REGULATION (EU) 2021/1377, authorising the change of the conditions of use of the novel food astaxanthin-rich oleoresin from Haematococcus pluvialis algae. This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
