Korea publishes technical documents on functional raw materials for healthy functional food
On December 23, the Korean Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS) published a technical document on functional raw materials for healthy functional foods (special article) (Calendula officinalis extract).
Its main contents include: raw material properties, safety assessment, functional assessment, intake and precautions when ingesting, references, etc.
