based on the risk assessment results, the ban on bovine nodular dermatitis in Laos will be lifted from the date of this announcement, and qualified Lao cattle and their related products will be allowed to be exported to China. The Joint Announcement No. 58 of 2021 between the General Administration of Customs and the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of the People's Republic of China shall be repealed simultaneously. This announcement will take effect on April 29, 2022.

Notice on preventing Mongolian sheep pox and goat pox from being introduced into China
On 23 April 2022, Mongolia urgently reported to the World Organization for Animal Health (OIE) that sheep pox and goat pox occurred in one farm in the provinces of Hentiy, Dornod and Sühbaatar between 11 and 12 April, involving 2,747 sheep, of which 95 were infected and 13 died. In order to protect the safety of animal husbandry in China and prevent the introduction of the epidemic disease, in accordance with the provisions of relevant laws and regulations such as the Customs Law of the People's Republic of China and the Law of the Entry and Exit Quarantine of Animal and Plant of the People's Republic of China , the announcement is hereby made as follows. Notice on the transposition rule list of specific origin on products under Hong Kong and Macao CEPA
According to the revised catalogue of Commodity Names and Codes Coordination system published by the World Customs Organization (WCO) in 2022, Mainland have respectively come to an agreement with Hong Kong and Macao on the transposition of product name and code from the 2017 version to the 2022 version under the specific origin rule of the <Goods Trade Agreement of ”Arrangement for establishing closer economic partnership between the mainland and Hong Kong” and the< Goods Trade Agreement“Arrangement for establishing closer economic partnership between the mainland and Macao” >. In accordance with article 3 of Annex No. 213 and No. 214, 2018 of the Notice from the General Administration of Customs, the revised list of products origin rule under the Hong Kong-Macao CEPA Goods Trade Agreement is hereby published. This announcement will take effect on May 16, 2022.

Notice on prevention of foot-and-mouth Disease from Indonesia into China
On 9 May 2022, Indonesia urgently reported to the World Organization for Animal Health (OIE) that foot-and-mouth disease (FMD) occurred in 80 villages between 12 April and 22 April, with serotype to be identified. The number of susceptible animals involved was 70013 cattle, of which 3496 became ill. In order to protect the safety of animal husbandry in China and prevent the introduction of the epidemic disease, in accordance with the provisions of relevant laws and regulations such as the Customs Law of the People's Republic of China, the Law of the Entry and Exit Quarantine of Animal and Plant of the People's Republic of China, the announcement is hereby made as follows. This announcement will take effect on May 17, 2022.

Notice on the Requirements for inspection and Quarantine of Aquaculture Products imported from Cambodia
In accordance with relevant laws and regulations of China and the Protocol between the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China and the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries of the Kingdom of Cambodia on the Inspection, Quarantine and Veterinary Hygiene Requirements of Cambodian Farmed Aquatic Products exported to China, from the date of this announcement, farmed aquatic products from Cambodia that meet the relevant requirements are allowed to be imported. The "Requirements for Inspection and Quarantine of imported Cambodian Aquaculture Products" is hereby promulgated. This announcement will take effect on May 30, 2022.
