According to the Official Journal of the European Union, on 9 August 2022, the European Commission issued Regulation (EU) 2022/1382, in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1831/2003 of the European Parliament and of the Council, approved the preparation of Propionibacterium freudenreichii DSM 33189 and Lentilactobacillus Buchneri DSM 12856 was approved ) as feed additives for all animals.
 
Under the conditions set out in the Annex, this additive is authorized as an animal additive under the category "Technical Additives" and the functional group "silage Additives".

The expiration date of the license is August 29, 2032. These Regulations shall take effect on the 20th day as of the date of promulgation.
