Thailand Proposes Revision to the List of Enzymes for Food Production, Adding Multiple Enzymes and Conditions of Use
On March 24, 2026, the Thailand Food and Drug Administration issued a draft notification of the Ministry of Public Health on “Enzymes for Food Production (No. 2),” proposing revisions to the list of permitted enzymes in Annex 1 of Notification No. 443 (2023). Public comments are being solicited, with a deadline of April 24, 2026.
