Recently, the Ministry of Commerce of China (MOFCOM) issued Announcement No. 2 of 2025, deciding to implement provisional anti-dumping measures on the imports of Cypermethrin originated from India since January 8, 2025, and at the same time, clarifying the specific commodity scope of the products for the implementation of the provisional anti-dumping measures and the corresponding margin rate. According to the provisions of Anti-Dumping Regulations of the People's Republic of China, in order to implement the above trade remedy measures, we hereby announce the following declaration requirements on the relevant commodity numbers:

When the consignee of imported goods or his agent declares the import of cypermethrin (tariff code column 29269090), the active ingredient CAS numbers are 52315-07-8, 67375-30-8 and 1315501 -18-8, the commodity number should be reported as 2926909013.

This announcement is effective from January 8, 2025 onwards.
