Announcement on Expanding the Scope of Pilot Export Supervision of Cross-border E-commerce Enterprises to Enterprises

 
In order to further implement the deployment requirements of the Party Central Committee and the State Council on the “six stability” work and the implementation of the “six guarantees” task, and to accelerate the development of new cross-border e-commerce (CBEC) business formats, the General Administration of Customs has decided to further expand the scope of the pilot supervision of cross-border e-commerce enterprises’ exports to enterprises ( Hereinafter referred to as "CBEC B2B export"). The relevant matters are now announced as follows:

On the basis of the existing pilot customs, 12 customs including Shanghai, Fuzhou, Qingdao, Jinan, Wuhan, Changsha, Gongbei, Zhanjiang, Nanning, Chongqing, Chengdu and Xi’an have been added to carry out CBEC B2B export supervision pilots. The pilot work shall be implemented in accordance with the Announcement No. 75 (2020) of the China General Administration of Customs.

This announcement will take effect on September 1, 2020.
