Recently, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, the National Health Commission and the State Administration for Market Regulation jointly issued the "National Food Safety Standard, Maximum Residue Limits of Pesticides in Food" (GB2763-2021). The new standard will be implemented on September 3, 2021.

So far, pesticide residue limit standards in China will exceed 10,000 items, fully covering the pesticide varieties and major plant-derived products approved for use in China.
