U.S. Revises Residue Limits for Methoxyfenozide in a Variety of Products


According to the U.S. Federal Register, on October 11, 2022, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency issued Regulation 2022-21719 to revise residue limits for methoxyfenozide in a variety of products.
 
  The EPA conducted a risk assessment on its toxicology, dietary exposure, and effects on infants and children, and ultimately concluded that the following residue limits are safe. Some of the proposed revisions are as follows.

 It is understood that this provision is effective October 11, 2022, and that objections or requests for hearings must be submitted by December 12, 2022.
