Recently, the Italian Ministry of Health once again issued an urgent recall document stating that due to the possible risk of Listeria contamination in Poseidon brand smoked salmon slices, multiple batches of products were recalled.

Italy Fanpage reported that following Wurstel sausages, Gli Allegri Sapori brand salmon mayonnaise sandwiches and Bernard Jarnoux Crêpier brand chocolate pancakes, Sapor di Cascina brand high-quality cooked ham, Veroni brand Italian sausage, Sødergården brand Nordic cod cakes, SA.MO SRL brand soft salami and other products were urgently recalled due to the risk of Listeria infection, the Italian Ministry of Health once again sounded a new alarm on the 9th about the "risk of Listeria contamination in Poseidon brand smoked salmon slices".

According to the documents of the Italian Ministry of Health, the recalled product is produced and sold by Sofia S.r.l., a company in Pianoro, Bologna. The reason for the recall is that the microbiological test of the product did not meet the standards, and there is a risk of Listeria contamination.

The specific recall information is as follows:
