(1) The pregnancy warning label is marked on the packaging of a single commodity and the outer packaging made of corrugated cardboard; the outer lining made of kraft paper, recycled paper or white paper;

(2) The diameter of the pregnancy warning pictogram must be at least 14 mm, the font size of the pregnancy warning sign must be at least 4.4 mm, the size of the statement of the pregnancy warning sign must be at least 3.4 mm, the background of the pregnancy warning sign must match the color of the outer lining The same; pregnancy warning label words, statements, etc. must be bold in capital English letters, and the frame of pregnancy warning signs must be black;

(3) The transition period of this announcement is from the effective date to February 1, 2024.
