US to revise standards for marking pasteurized orange juice

August 15, 2023, according to the United States Federal Register news, the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) issued Notice 2023-17453, proposed to revise the pasteurized orange juice labeling standards.

 

The main content of this revision is: the minimum content of soluble solid in products is adjusted from 10.5° Brix to 10° Brix. The notice will be published in the Federal Register on August 16, 2023, and the comment period will be 60 days.
