1. Significantly reduce many items requiring special inspection, and change the quality inspection method of imported goods from pre-inspection to post-inspection;

2. The legal documents on the management of import and export goods and special inspection have been revised and supplemented, such as: adding exemption objects; Exemption from quality inspection for goods qualified for three times of import; The food safety inspection method will be changed from strict inspection of all imported goods to strict, conventional and reduced three kinds of inspection.
