On November 10th, Shanghai Urban Construction Vocational College (SUCC) once again joined hands with Foodmate to hold an online webinar with the theme of "Foundation and Application of Food Compliance Management System". With the aim of promoting industry exchanges, the webinar attracted more than 80 food industry professionals to attend, and provided a good opportunity for in-depth learning, discussion and exchange for food-related companies, institutions, practitioners, and faculty and students from universities.

11月10日，上海城建学院再度携手食品伙伴网举办了主题为“食品合规管理体系基础及应用”的线上会议。此次会议旨在促进行业交流，吸引了八十余位食品行业人士参加，为食品相关企业、机构、从业者及相关院校师生提供了一次深入学习、探讨与交流的机会。

At the beginning of the webinar, Ms. Limin Yu, Director from SUCC, delivered an enthusiastic opening remark, in which she firstly welcomed the guests and audience, then introduced the background and philosophy of the college, and emphasised the importance of food compliance management to the industry. As a first-class higher vocational college in Shanghai, SUCC is focusing on urban construction, management and service as shcool-running characteristics, and continues to educate professional talents for the food industry with its majors of food quality & safety and food inspection & testing technology.

会议开始，首先由来自上海城建学院的于丽敏处长发表开幕致辞。于处长首先对与会嘉宾和观众表示热烈欢迎，随后详细介绍了学院的背景和办学理念，并指出食品合规管理对于行业的重要性。作为上海市一流高等职业院校，上海城建职业学院围绕城市建设、管理与服务特色办学领域，并设有食品质量与安全专业与食品检验检测技术专业，为食品行业持续输出优质人才。

Subsequently, Professor Li Bo, Dean of Academic Affairs and Food Subject Leader of SUCC, as well as senior consultants Evelyn Ma and Lisa Sun from Foodmate, gave  fantastic lectures on "The Current Situation And Control Of Food Safety", "Food import and Export Compliance Management" and "Food Label Compliance Management" respectively.

随后，上海城建职业学院教务处处长、食品学科带头人李博老师，以及来自Foodmate的资深顾问马一文和孙莉洁分别就“食品安全现状与控制”、“食品进出口合规管理”和“食品标签标识合规管理”三个关键话题进行了精彩分享。

Starting from the overall perspective of food safety supervision, Professor Li introduced the current situation and risk control related to food safety in detail, and carried out an in-depth interpretation of the goal of food safety in China. Then, Evelyn shared the importance of food import and export compliance management，and provided practical guidance as well. Lisa, on the other hand, focused on the key points of food label compliance management, providing a detailed interpretation of China's food labeling regulations and standards. Together, the three experts focused on food safety and compliance while having their own priorities, providing valuable industry knowledge, status analysis, project experience and hands-on approaches for the participants.

李博老师从食品安全监管的全貌出发，介绍了食品安全相关的现状与风险控制，并对我国食品安全目标展开深入解读。接着，一文分享了食品进出口合规管理的重要性，并提供了实际操作指导；莉洁则重点强调了食品标签标识合规管理的要点和注意事项，针对中国食品标签相关的法规标准做出详细解读。三位专家共同聚焦食品安全与合规的同时又各有侧重，为大家提供了宝贵的行业知识、现状分析、项目经验和实操方法。

In addition to food-related sharing, we also invited Professor Wu Peng, Director of Food Quality and Safety (Sino-British) of Shandong Agricultural University, to give a wonderful speech on entrepreneurship education in Chinese and foreign universities. By sharing the best practices of domestic and foreign universities in cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents, Professor Wu's speech triggered a deep look and discussion about the new thinking in the field of education.

除了食品相关的分享外，本次会议还特别邀请山东农业大学教授、中英食品质量与安全专业主任吴澎老师带来了关于“中外高校双创协同育人机制对比分析与思考”的精彩演讲。通过分享国内外高校在培养创新创业人才方面的最佳实践，吴老师的演讲引发了与会者们对教育领域新思维的思考和讨论。

This online webinar has once again triggered discussions and reflections on food safety and compliance. Thanks to the leaders of SUCC for their powerful support, which gave both sides the opportunity to cooperate and contributed to the success of this event. During the webinar, the collision and reflection from different topics allowed academic knowledge and practical experience to complement each other, realising the organic combination of learning and application. We look forward to more opportunities in the future for Foodmate and SUCC in organising activities at a higher and wider level.
