The type of tissue (e.g. muscle, liver, kidney) involved in the testing of each chemical substance. The analytical method used to evaluate each chemical substance. The permissible limits of chemical content (e.g. maximum residue limits). Number of samples collected for each chemical substance in each animal product;

(2) Results of official government sampling for chemical substance residues conducted in the previous year: actual number of samples analyzed for each chemical substance in each product, including the types of tissues tested. Number of nonconformities and degree of nonconformity. Strategies adopted by the central authorities of the U.S. exporting countries in response to the nonconformity results.
