CFDA Revised the “Regulation on the Implementation of the Food Safety Law of the People’s Republic of China (Revised Draft)”
CFDA released Notification No. G/SPS/N/CHN/1055 on August 14 to made revision on the “Regulation on the Implementation of the Food Safety Law of the People’s Republic of China (revised draft)”.
The revised draft is based on the “Food Safety Law of the People’s Republic of China”, which contains a total of 10 chapters and 98 articles thereinto, including nine parts such as general principles, food safety risk monitoring and assessment, food safety standards, production and marketing of food, food inspection, food import and export, treatment on food safety incidents, supervision and management, legal liability and supplemental provisions.
The exposure period of this notification is up to October 13, 2017.
