In order to strengthen the registration management of special foods, standardize the on-site verification of special food registration, in accordance with the "Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China", "Administrative Measures for the Registration and Recording of Health Foods", "Regulations on the Registration of Formulas for Infant Formula Milk Powder Products", "Food for Special Medical Purpose on the Registration and Management” the State Administration of Market Regulation has formulated the “Regulations on the On-site Verification of Special Food Registration (Provisional) (Draft for Comment)”, and is now seeking advice from the public. Please fill out the Request for Comments form (Attachment 2) by August 15th, 2019, and provide feedback by email.
