Illegal act:

False contents were found in the labels of 52 kinds of food additives operated by a company in Shanghai. In addition, the company failed to establish and obey the stock identification and record system as required.

Penalty:

The Shanghai Administration for Market Regulation imposed a warning on it, confiscated the illegal income and imposed a fine of 6.5 times the value of the goods.
