The labelled shelf life of the black bean powder purchased by consumer Chen was inconsistent with the provisions listed in the company standard, which was shorter than that in the company standard.  


The court sentenced that the involved food label was flawed. Administration for Market Regulation issued a notice of rectification and required the company to fix the relevant problems in a timely manner.
